ClickMedia is a top technology agency founded in 2006 in Athens with more than 600 customers in Greece and abroad. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us to build a great SaaS marketing automation platform that will help companies around the world!
Responsibilities
- Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and convert customers
- Conducting customer, competitor, and product research
- Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or similar role, preferably for a SaaS solution
- Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords & Facebook Ads campaigns
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
Hours and Environment
- Friendly working environment
- Monday to Friday, working hours between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm
