Account Manager

ClickMedia is a top technology agency founded in 2006 in Athens with more than 600 customers in Greece and abroad. We are looking for an Account Manager that will help us provide the best possible level of service to our customers!

The main role of the Account Manager is to operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers and handle potential clients, understand their digital challenges and communicate effectively the company’s solutions for maximizing the profits from their online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Present and sell company’s solutions to new and existing customers
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Requirements

and hold:

  • a university or college degree in Marketing, Business Administration or IT
