Software Sales Specialist

ClickMedia is a top technology agency founded in 2006 in Athens with more than 600 customers in Greece and abroad. We are expanding into cloud-based services and we are looking for a for a full time Software Salesperson to join our team with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective B2B customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Sales reporting and forecasting
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Participate in the planning procedures of the sales department

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within an organized sales department (ideally promoting SaaS solutions)
  • Very good knowledge of business-level information technology
  • Sales-oriented
  • Ability to achieve goals within tight deadlines
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Fluency in communication by phone
  • Optimal time management
  • Exceptional PC skillst

Preferred qualifications:

  • University / College degree or equivalent in ΙΤ / Computer Science or similar
  • Additional IT skills will be appreciated
  • Very good knowledge of the English Language
